To purchase from our store, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout
  • For discounted pricing, meet eligibility criteria (e.g., income-based, nonprofit, school, or library)

MACIR reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility.

3. Product Information

All computers and accessories sold through MACIR are:

  • Professionally refurbished
  • Sold as-is with pre-installed software (e.g., Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2019)
  • Tested and cleaned prior to shipment

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the refurbished nature of the devices.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are set to cover the cost of refurbishing, parts, and labor. We do not profit from device or internet sales.

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment is due at checkout via credit/debit card or approved payment gateways
  • Sales tax may apply where required by law

5. Shipping & Returns

Key notes:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refurbished devices may include a limited warranty, which will be clearly stated on the product page. MACIR is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Program Participation

Purchasing or receiving a device may also enroll you in MACIR’s community programs (e.g., digital skills support, local workshops). Participation is optional and free of charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

MACIR will not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Incompatibility with third-party software or services
  • Delays in shipping caused by external carriers
